KISS my Nails!

A couple weeks ago I attended my sisterfriend’s 30th Birthday Party and I had no time to get my nails done. So, I ran to Dollar Tree and purchased these Kiss Nail Dress or what I like to call them nail stickers. Although, these aren’t the original ones I purchased since I wasn’t too sure how they would hold up but to my surprise they actually surpassed my expectations of them. They do have a lot of different styles, the ones I bought initially could be used with a gel top coat to make them last up to 2 weeks. Which I am sure the same can be done with these too. Since I do own a Kiss LED Lamp, I applied my gel top coat and put them underneath the lamp until cured. I actually just took the first ones off about a week ago and went out and bought the ones pictured because they lasted so long and I had gotten a lot of compliments on them. These I didn’t put a top coat on and they are still holding on and I’ve been working out, washing dishes as well as other things and they still look good.

They are very easy to apply and takes no time to do. I think I may have found my alternative to my Gel mani since it cuts back on sooo much time and money.

Have you tried these out yet? If so, let me know what you think below….

Drugstore Beauty Finds

I absolutely love each one of these products shown below.

The Contour and Sculpt Kit was purchased at Walmart for $8.00;

NYX Liquid Illuminator was purchased at Harmon for $7.49;

NYX Concealer Full Coverage was purchased at Harmon for $4.79;

E.L.F. Illuminating Face Primer was also purchased at Harmon for $3.00

I like to go to Harmon to get most of my beauty products because you can always use the 20% off coupons which never EXPIRES!!!

Let’s Chat!!! What are some of your favorite drugstore beauty products?

Oh Baby, Whatta Lash!!!

I receive so many compliments when I wear these lashes. They truly resemble your natural eyelashes as mentioned on the package. These are my FAVORITE brand of lashes now. They even have a bonus pack that comes with glue (these did not) I guess because of the holiday season they are packaging it with glue. But I will say the glue is amazing. I have used others in the past and the Kiss glue is by far my favorite.

These lashes are under $4.00 and I must say i do re-use them ALL the time. $4.00 goes a long way with me, lol.

All for the love of… A DOLLAR!!!

When you go into the store to pick up paper plates and end up in the beauty aisle of Dollar Tree.

New Gel Polish Color Alert!!!

I love this color and it’s sooo fitting for the Spring!!!

The color is Shall We Dance by Sally Hansen Gel (LED lamp required) collection.

The glitter is from a kit I purchased from Walmart for $5.00 which came with decals, stencils and polish for designs.

DIY Gel Manicure!!!

Here are the products I used to achieve my at home gel manicure:

1) Sally Hansen Gel Nail Polish (make sure it’s the one that requires a LED Lamp). I usually purchase my gel polishes from Harmon Discount because I can use my 20% Bed Bath and Beyond coupons; they also have $5.00 off coupons that you can also use. The nail polishes run about $11.00. Below you’ll see Steps 1, 2 & 3. Step 1 is the base coat, Step 2 is the color of your choice and Step 3 is the top coat.

2) The LED Lamp was given to me as a gift so I’m not really sure how much it cost. I did price the one at Harmon which is a Sally Hansen LED Lamp and it goes for about $50.00. It’s worth the investment as it will save you money in the long run.

3) The decals you see are from Dollar Tree (that’s right I said Dollar Tree, lol). I use them to add a little kick to my nails.

Here is the finished look! Enjoy!!!
